What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We pack every order with lots of care to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, sometimes bumps happen on the journey. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it.
Here’s how to let us know about damaged items so we can help:

- Photos of the damaged product(s) and the packaging. These photos are really important as they help us understand what went wrong and allow us to process your request.
